AUDREY'S SYMBOLS
In this series, the narrative tells the story of a creator type of being, who writes the code for everything in existence and sends it off in time to continue to carry out its duties of becoming and evolving. Like a cell, the code keeps moving and changing and reprogramming itself to make galaxies, planets, atmospheres, plants, animals, etc., which in its own, is like an imaginary microscopic building block of all matter in the linear trajectory of time, as it continues to exist. In this imaginary story, Audrey’s Symbols are the program or the code that maintains the existence of life, as eternal as life can be in the Universe, all created from a standpoint of an alien child, a little girl named Audrey.
Diagnosed with Hyperactivity as a child, JuanCarlos has used this to his advantage when it comes to his work. He uses art for storytelling, having created a very large and diverse amount of work that spans across years in parallel story narratives, where most, if not all, are always held by an underlying story or a message that is the same - "Strive for benevolence, have love for our home, Earth, and have love for each other so we can become better as a species, because we need to."

His art stories touch on the surreal, the theoretical, the belief that impossible things can become possible, and the strength to fight for what's right - "to protect the secrets of existence, not because of any doctrine dictates, but because the proof is in how incredibly beautiful the Universe is and although our time is finite, we should selflessly attempt to preserve this incredible, intricate and enigmatic energy that helps us all be."
